Hosting & SSL are free for your first 12 months on every package, then a flat £10/month. Build prices exclude VAT where applicable. Spread payment plans require a non-refundable deposit before work begins, run over a fixed 4-month term, and cost a little more than paying once (see each plan’s total). Premium’s care plan is optional and billed monthly after launch.

Do I actually own my website?
Yes. You pay once for the build and the site is yours to keep, with no monthly subscription holding it hostage and no losing everything the moment you stop paying. That’s the whole point: build it once, own it for good.
What does the £10/month cover after the first year?
Hosting, SSL and security updates, free for your first 12 months, then a flat £10/month to keep your site online, secure and backed up. Nothing else is mandatory.
Can I spread the cost of the build?
Yes. Every package has a spread option: a deposit before work begins, then a fixed monthly amount over 4 months. It’s agreed upfront in writing, the deposit is non-refundable once work starts, and spreading costs a little more than paying once (the full total is shown on each plan).
What’s the Book Now Button, and do I need a plan for it?
It connects a booking link to your Instagram and Facebook so followers can book in one tap. It’s free with any social media plan, or £50 as a one-time standalone setup if you’re not on a plan.
What happens in the Brand Audit?
A 1-hour, one-to-one session with our in-house expert who reviews your current branding and online presence and gives you clear, practical next steps. It’s £75 and a low-commitment way to work out what your business actually needs.
Do I need a website to get social media management?
No. Both social plans work as standalone monthly services. Pairing them with a site you own just gives your audience a central home to land on.
